System Access

  • The level of access to the Intelliworx system is limited to ensure access is no more than necessary to perform legitimate tasks or assigned duties. If a user believes they are being granted access that they should not have, they must immediately notify the Intelliworx Security Team at security@intelliworxit.com.
  • Access to the Intelliworx system is governed by, and subject to, all federal laws, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. 552a. Your access to Intelliworx systems constitutes your consent to the retrieval and disclosure of the information within the scope of your authorized access, subject to the Privacy Act, and applicable state and federal laws.
  • Users must conduct only authorized business on the system.
  • Users must process only data that pertains to official business and is authorized to be processed on the system.
  • Users must use only the Intelliworx data for which they have been granted authorization.
  • Users must not attempt to access any Intelliworx system resources that they have not been authorized.
  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their authentication credentials such as their password. Do not reveal authentication credentials to anyone, including Intelliworx LLC employees.
  • Users must follow proper logon/logoff procedures. Users must manually logon to their session; do not store passwords locally on the system or utilize any automated logon capabilities. Users must promptly logoff when session access is no longer needed. If a logoff function is unavailable, the user must close the browser. Never leave a computer unattended while logged into the system.

Protection of Information

  • Users must not post Intelliworx information onto publicly accessible systems.
  • Users must not post sensitive Intelliworx information to any social media, networking, or public website.
  • Users must not retrieve information, or in any other way disclose information, for someone that does not have authority to access that information.
  • Users understand that any person who obtains information from a computer connected to the Internet in violation of his or her employer’s computer-use restrictions is in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
  • Users agree to contact the Intelliworx Security Team at security@intelliworxit.com if you do not understand any of these rules.

Incident Reporting

  • Users must report all security incidents or suspected incidents (e.g., lost passwords, improper or suspicious acts) related to the Intelliworx system to the Intelliworx Security Team at security@intelliworxit.com.
